Pacific Foundation for Medical Care supports non-profit, health related projects that enhance the availability or quality of health services in communities. Since 1993, PFMC has provided more than $1.4 million in grant awards to 75 different organizations and programs in the North San Francisco Bay Area and San Diego County

In Spring 2022, PFMC awarded a total of $26,000 to the following recipients:

March of Dimes – San Diego County
Funding request for the maternal mental health online training.  Family Health Centers of San Diego is providing supportive services to uninsured, low-income, and medically underserved moms and babies aligned with March of Dimes.

Operation Access – Bay Area Counties
To support work to provide donated surgeries, specialty care and diagnostic screenings to the uninsured in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, Solano, and Sonoma counties.

Siyan Clinical Research – Sonoma County
To assist in the delivery of our Project Lifeline program, providing comprehensive suicide prevention services at low to no cost for 100 Sonoma County adults ages 18 plus with mental health disorder. Providing treatment to low-income, uninsured and/or underinsured adults.
